In 1980, the company invested and constructed the first high-rise electronics building in Shenzhen, which turned on the first page in the history of Shenzhen high-rise buildings. In 1988, the company spent huge capital on constructing Electronics Science & Technology Building. Electronics Science & Technology Building¡ª5A office building, one of landmark buildings in Shenzhen Huangqiangbei Commercial Circle, covering a construction area of 170,000 square meters. Block A was completed in August 1993 and has 38 floors. It was called as one of the three Shenzhen landmark buildings, including International Trade Building and Development Center Building. Block A of Electronics Science & Technology Building is the first 5A class intelligence building in Shenzhen which used the American OTIS high-speed elevators and energy saving ice-storage air conditioners. In this golden section before the Building, the company planned and constructed CEIEC Square with an area of 3,000 square meters. The classical sculpture ¡°Permanent Rising¡± is located in the middle of the square, implying profound meaning and looking majestic.
1¡ª4F of Block B is CES Information Times Plaza covering an operation area of 10,751 square meters. It is one of the largest digital products markets in China and it is managed by CEIEC Information Times Square Co., Ltd. The square is located in the hinterland of Huaqiangbei Electronic Commercial Circle, and its business network covers Europe, Asia, North America and Southeast Asia etc. |
Block C was completed in April 1999 and has 48 floors. It is a high class professional office building. The building adopts the core in core structure and the high-strength steel reinforced concrete. No beams and pillars are available for most of the space which looks regular and spacious and has high utility ratio. The height between floors is high. The height between floors of below 15 floors is 3.9m,and the height between floors of below 15 floors is 3.6m. With the use of prestress large panel structure, the net space of the building is larger than the general office building. In Shenzhen, the building firstly adopted Miconic high intelligence elevators made by Xunda Company, which saves 30% time compared to the general high-speed elevators. The intelligentized refrigeration facilities, electronic burglary protection system, vehicle management system, smooth information expressways, perfect catering, parking lots, hotels, banks and supermarkets have provided the businessmen with the excellent office environment. |
